RETURN POLICY:

PERFUMES:

  • Due to sanitary concerns, all perfume products are final sale. 

COSTUME / FASHION JEWELRY

  • The following products are all final sale! No returns! 
    • Clearance
    • Special sale items (like buy 2 get 1)
    • Special orders 
    • Custom or personalized products
  • Costume jewelry items are eligible to be returned for a full refund (minus the shipping) within 7 days of when the shipment arrives to you. Items must be unused and in sellable condition. If 7 -14 days pass, PICNTELL may offer a return for store credit only on a case-by-case basis. 

FINE JEWELRY

  • Fine Jewelry (besides custom orders) can be returned for store credit only! Must be within 7 days and with the tags still on. 

WHEN RETURNING

  • We recommend packing the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives intact.
    • Return shipping is paid by the customer (PICNTELL can provide a shipping label to be deducted from the refund amount).
